본 연구는 유아의 부정적 정서에 대한 교사들의 인식이 어떠한지를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 수도권에 소재한 유치원 현직교사 175명이며, 설문지를 구성하여 연구 자료를 수집하였으며 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 교사들은 일과 중에 유아의 부정적 정서 유형 중 ‘분노’를 가장 자주 인식하였으며, 실내자유선택활동 시간에 유아의 부정적 정서 출현이 가장 많은 시간으로 인식하였다. 또한 유아의 성별이나 연령에 따라 유아의 정서 유형이 다르게 나타나는 것으로 인식하고 있으며, 유아의 성별과 연령, 부정적 정서의 유형에 따라 교사의 반응이 달라야 한다고 생각하였다. 부정적 정서 관련된 교사들의 교육과 연수 경험은 충분치 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 그에 따른 유아의 부정적 정서 지도에 어려움을 느끼고 있으며, 교사교육에 대한 높은 수준의 요구를 가지고 있었다.
This sturdy is purposed researching kindergarten teachers\' recognition to kindergartens\' negative emotions. It conducts a questionnaire survey of 175 kindergarten teachers around Seoul metropolitan area with SPSS 12.0 statistical analysis. This sturdy has revealed that many teachers are learned by their experience with expressing kindergarten\'s negative emotions, “anger”, in school hours, and that kindergarten\'s negative expression is easily exposed on their indoor playing time. Also this sturdy indicates that teachers needs their knowledge and training to handle more kindergarten\'s negative emotions, and needs teachers\' different teaching skill about sex, age, and the types of negative emotion.
