The purpose of this research is to find out the qualifications(ability and training) of learning therapist in the clinical situation. We sent Questionnaires to 100 specialists who work in the clinical field through e-mail and received feedback from 42 specialists of them. They have used various assessment tools and therapeutic programs to assess and improve learning ability. In the importance evaluation of items needed for learning therapist, they suggest that besides theoretical teaching for a given period of learning assessment and learning program practice, regular meeting(case conference, workshop) of learning therapist, fixed numbers of case practice are very important. Many respondents suggest that fixed numbers of supervision should be given on each case. And many suggest that regular workshop is necessary for retraining after acquisition of learning therapist qualification. It shows that practicing of learning assessment and therapy, supervision, and sequential retraining and sharing of informations should be necessary for having sufficient ability as a learning therapist.
