이 조사연구는 임상현장에서 학습치료사에게 요구되는 능력과 자격요건을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 아동 청소년 치료교육 경험이 있는 현장치료전문가 100명에게 설문지를 보내 42부의 설문지를 회수하여 분석했다. 이들은 현장에서 학습평가 및 학습치료를 하기위해 다양한 평가도구와 치료프로그램을 사용하고 있다. 학습치료사 자격요건에 필요한 항목별 중요성 평가에서는 이론적 교육 외에 일정기간의 평가와 프로그램 실습, 정기적인 학습치료사 모임(사례발표, 연수), 일정횟수의 사례실시 세 항목이 상당히 중요하다고 평가되었다. 다수의 응답자가 사례 실시를 할 때에 일정횟수의 감독(supervision)을 받아야 한다는 것을 제안하였다. 또한, 학습치료사 자격을 획득한 이후에 재교육을 목적으로 한 정기적인 연수를 제안한 응답자도 다수였다. 이는 학습치료사로서 충분한 능력을 갖추기 위해서 학습평가와 학습치료교육의 실습과 이에 대한 평가와 지도감독을 받는 것이 필요하며 정기적인 재교육과 정보공유가 필요함을 보여준다.
The purpose of this research is to find out the qualifications(ability and training) of learning therapist in the clinical situation. We sent Questionnaires to 100 specialists who work in the clinical field through e-mail and received feedback from 42 specialists of them. They have used various assessment tools and therapeutic programs to assess and improve learning ability. In the importance evaluation of items needed for learning therapist, they suggest that besides theoretical teaching for a given period of learning assessment and learning program practice, regular meeting(case conference, workshop) of learning therapist, fixed numbers of case practice are very important. Many respondents suggest that fixed numbers of supervision should be given on each case. And many suggest that regular workshop is necessary for retraining after acquisition of learning therapist qualification. It shows that practicing of learning assessment and therapy, supervision, and sequential retraining and sharing of informations should be necessary for having sufficient ability as a learning therapist.
